• Manual feeding possible on 4 lanes for small pieces
• Laser positioning line and additional spreading clamps included
• High-quality rear edge processing for 1-, 2- and 4-lane operation
• Concorde vacuum conveyor for direct feed to the 1st chest
• Machine mounted on rails with pneumatic movement and cylinders
• Jenselect buttons with 2 categories per lane for small-piece input
• Piece counter display at each station
• Customer changeover for small-piece feeding via push button on the folder

Ironer – Jensen Jenroll EXPG 1200

• Built in 2018
• 2 rolls Ø 1200 mm x 4000mm
• Gas heating system with Weishaupt burner
• Electronic tape monitoring via photocells
• Supplied with ironer tape holder

Folder – Jensen Jenfold Universal

• Built in 2018
• Working width: 4000 mm
• Automatic lane coupling for small-piece processing
• Longitudinal fold section equipped with jam control
• Universal crossfold section for 1- & 2-lane operation
• Brushes on the first crossfold
• Automatic 2 or 3 crossfolds (sorting at 1800 mm)
• Handles items under 1200 mm width (minimum 700 mm)
• Customer changeover with acoustic and optical signal for small-piece mode
