Sorting System (1061)

CBA Machines can now offer this sorting system with 5 compartments.

This machine is part of a complete Kannegiesser continuous batch washer system from 2025. This modern laundry processing line is currently in operation and will become available after the summer season of 2027. The system is built around a Kannegiesser PT Vario 8 x 85 kg KH tunnel washer and includes the complete flow from sorting through drying.

System Overview

The installation consists of a 5-compartment sorting system feeding a Kannegiesser step conveyor. Laundry is processed through the PT Vario tunnel washer, followed by a PP10-85-40 water extraction press. An elevator transfers the press cakes to the platform, while a shuttle distributes the batches to three steam-heated dryers. A discharge conveyor behind the dryers transports the finished laundry to the dry side.
